Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped yet.

Once cancelled, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return/refund.

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Beyond Basics. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within the eligible period. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
